What payment methods do you accept?

We use the PayPal service to receive payment. They accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover card and American Express.


What happens if the merchandise I receive is damaged?

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping and handling charges. We also accommodate exchanges.


What is your return policy?

Notification and authorization must be recieved prior to any merchandise being returned for a refund. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase, after 14 days store credit will be issued. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Oceans of Change will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Return merchandise to the following address: Oceans of Change P.O. Why did you receive an email from us?

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.


Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.


How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.


Where do you ship to and what shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses and UPS within the continental United States.

The USPS Priority Mail Int'l Flat Rate is used to ship internationally.

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include customs charges, duty fees and taxes which will be the customer's responsibility to pay when the merchandise is delivered. Should customers refuse orders at the time of delivery they will still be held liable for all shipping costs including original shipping costs and costs associated with shipping the merchandise back to us. Oceans of Change will not be held responsible if merchandise is confiscated or postponed at a custom's facility.

Oceans of Change reserves the right to adjust shipping charges at the time of order processing to reflect actual shipping costs. We will contact the customer before making such adjustments for customer approval.
