We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping and handling charges. We also accommodate exchanges.
Return Policy
Notification and authorization must be received prior to any merchandise being returned for a refund. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping package in order for the returned merchandise to be processed correctly and efficiently. Allow for up to 1 week to process your return. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase, after 14 days store credit will be issued. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Oceans of Change will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
